Program Structure

At Gasma-CEU the emphasis is on delivering practical academic training. With us, you learn by doing. You learn by practising, managing and cooking. Kitchen-based practical activities are progressively incorporated into the study programme. Both as regards  the time dedicated to them and their technical complexity.

You will have professional chefs, the best technical-culinary resources available and all of the raw materials and equipment needed to achieve technical excellence. 

External work placement is  part of the Study Programme under the collaboration agreements held by Gasma-CEU with a number of local, national and international companies.  From the first year of their degree, students can begin acquiring culinary and business experience through work placements.  As they acquire more knowledge and skills, students have the chance to apply for placements in increasingly competitive environments.
